Mandarins are a medium-sized perching duck and is probably one of the most striking and decorative ducks along with its close relative, the American Wood Duck.
Mandarin readily become tame and confiding, mealworm s and wheat will help. They have no complicated dietary requirements and will thrive on a diet of pellets, along with wheat. They are easy to keep and are a species well suited to anyone new to the hobby.
